How much is a Landing Page?

Each Landing Page is a $95 set-up fee. This is good for up to 2hrs of design time and back and forth changes. At times an agent may wish to have something very unique to them which might take more design time. If this is the case we will let you know the costs up-front before we start. Items like custom images, videos etc. might incur extra costs.

I am not in INVIS-MI template 9 or 10 - what can I do?

Unfortunately these new landing pages only work with our latest templates. That said you can make the jump to get into one of our newer templates. Typically this is a $95 1-time fee and possibly some other costs depending on how much information we need to bring over to the new template for you.

How long does it take to setup my landing page?

It all depends on how fast we can get all the setup information from you and how much customization you might request. A typical page takes about 3-5 business days to setup from the time we get all the items and details from you. If you have extra customization requests this might extend the launch time by a few more days depending on what's involved.

Can I change the content on my landing page to something I want?

Of course you can. The examples above are starting points to help show you the layout of a particular page. You can create a landing page that is for instance geared towards 1st time home buyers, or CHIP Reverse Mortgages or any product or service you wish.
